What is code quality exactly? You may not know how to define it, but you know it when you see it. One thing is sure, though, high code quality usually correlates to fewer defects. Ensuring the quality of your Java code is a two-step process: write tests at all levels, early and often; and continually monitor quality metrics.

Andrew Glover will be hosting a live Improve Your Java Code Quality forum for IBM developerWorks on Friday, November 17th at 12:30 pm EST. His associated article series “In pursuit of code quality” will offer best practices for ensuring your code is the best it can be.

To participate in the discussion you will need to register for an IBM ID.

Plan on joining in to this online chat on Friday!
